asset recovery and disposition services community. We are
often called upon by the legal community to provide appraisal
services of office furniture and equipment for the court.

furnishings are abandoned by the Lessee. Whether you need
to know the fair market value or other standards of value, such
as liquidation value, salvage value, and/or replacement costs,
our experienced appraisers can provide you with a creditable

Office
Furniture Installations & Reconfigurations
2nd
Avenue Interiors has an experienced installation team with an
average of 20 years experience. We are experienced in all makes
& brands of furniture and have expertise installing systems
furniture, case goods, and much more. New installation and
reconfiguration of existing furniture is no problem for our
team.
Commercial Moving
We work hand in hand with a major worldwide
moving company, Mother Lode, which enables us to provide full move
services.
Reconfiguration
This service goes hand in hand with Installation,
and when you have a need to change the office around, unlike
with an open office plan, the workstations must be disassembled
and reassembled to the new design. You also need quality
installers when you replace carpet, who can come in and mount
your workstations on wheels and move them to the side, allow the
carpet layers to do their thing, and then come back and replace
the units with minimal tweaking.
